The apartment its totally new , have two bedrooms and two bathrooms so you don't have to share. The room come with furniture( you dont have to worry about it ) .
Kitchen its always clean , so if you need use kitchen you can but always have to be clean. 
$350 For week for single person including bills .
$410(couple) for week Including bills 

Many coffee shops , supermarkets around. 
5 min walking from Green square and Redfern station.
